Finished the steering box setup, fairly straightforward. So fingers crossed this solves my problem. Tyler came by for a beer and to make sure I didn't procrastinate anymore and picked up series parts too. While we were looking into the transmission issue realized my trailing arm spacers broke and fell away. So going to scramble to get replacement and get them installed. Phoned a friend Colin today and learned the deal on the transmission luckily before digging into it! Looks like I'm more or less ready... looking for a Jerry can if I can get one. So funny, I had to order my second steering box today as the one I bought from parts geek just busted up on me. Ideally it arrives next week and I'm back putting miles on it by the 4th of July.

I have had the 5" on various and older design... didn't see to many issues some minor shrink on the progressive. I'd suggest just making sure it's just a 2" you want...easy to be bummed you didn't do 3" or 5". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So there are limits for 6 adults if they are sticklers and 2 cars. My guess is you can park on the road and find a place for your tent. I think we have four adults currently…so likely room. So catching up from Sunday, was able to make a final visitation to Rrc with the new socks and shock towers. I got those installed with help from Don and Guatav! One additional thing was trouble shooting why my turn signals were shorting. Seems a post I read on the turn signal switch did the trick and Don's parts car come through again for the win. Some finishing reassemble and it finally made it home and is ready for the trail again. Now to see if we can mount the beadlocks in time for hellhole.
