I've tallied the comments re: dates and as expected, there is no clear consensus.  Too much spread to make everybody happy.
 
I have 2 for 3/29
One for 4/12
one for 4/5
two for 'not 4/12'
and a few 'I can do anything if you'd just pick a date already!'
 
If you have any last comments let me know as I'm going to nail this down ASAP.  

I think I'm going to call it - week of March 29th.  I'll plan to use the Saturdays on each end for travel, so let's say heading down Sat 3/27 and returning Sat 4/3.  That'll give us a full week to bum around the desert.
 
To the calendar!

It would be helpful to get an accurate idea of how many people are going to make the snow run and also what their thoughts on hotels vs dispersed camping. We should be able to solidify our plans by Wednesday after we hear from Camp Edison. If that doesn’t work then we will have to make a decision about the trail and also accommodations. The choices should remain between hotels/ cabins and dispersed camping and also between the Wentworth area and the Shaver area. Either way it should be a really good year for a snow run. We got buried a couple years ago and didn’t get anywhere close to reaching the trailhead. Last year we didn’t have much and easily made it the top of Bald. This should be the Goldilocks year as far as snow goes in the last few years. Shouldn’t be too much to prevent us from moving along, but should be enough to provide some entertaining challenge. I am looking forward to it regardless of what we end up doing

I'm planning to be there as a trail leader as well.  Will tow the D1 out a few days early to pre-run; possibly leaving on the Friday prior but haven't planned that far in advance.

Every body is welcome to join. The plan to lead these trails for the rally. Poison Spider Mesa,Moab Rim,Top of the World so they will be the pre run trails.I need to get off my butt and put a cage in the rover.

A snowy weekend at Huntington Lake, near Shaver, in my old D2. This is exactly how the place should look this weekend. This little cabin rental is at Lakeshore Resort, which is owned by on of our members and was supposed to be the site of our annual last year

We always stay @ the KOA as it is right next to Spanish Arena but I am open to a group Primitive camp area too... bringing the Mountain bikes too

if were up there early as well and you dont mind we would love to join you on a couple pre runs, i promise to try and not be too big a pain on the trail.

I would like to attend and will also join the group for camping or motel accommodation.

Julia and I are still signed up as well i think we are planning to get to moab on the 11th and roll home on the 19th. Still not exactly sure where we are gonna stay but we talked about renting a house for the week so if we do im sure there is room for others to stay with us and I think my folks are planning to head there too.

Other than reviewing my old routes I haven't worked up anything.  Tried watching some videos on locations but didn't get much out of them.  I'll try to nail down a date this week and set something concrete so we can get it on the calendar.

I'm in! They have shuffle board! : )

Not my Rover, but I did swap out the air suspension on the Denali and gave it a lift. Took all day yesterday and was a bigger pain than I had hoped. Wish I had a shop like Don
