Flashback to Rovicon 2 where Snowflake spent some time yanking Yotas.

Note the dainty Jeep to the right that wasn't comfortable helping with any recoveries. They were even reluctant to move and get out of the way...

June 2018 - Theresa and I flew into Denver and met up with both sides of the family to Jeep around Red Feather Lakes, CO for a week .

Spotted this guy at the Red Feather diner.

Unfortunately, the good lad was well outnumbered...

Flashing back to taking Greg and Jaimy on their first drives through Slick Rock in 2017. This is Greg driving up the staircase in his old D1. Back when this was the toughest obstacle on the trail.
Jaimy did a great job getting through the trail with open diffs.

I hope this isn't against the rules but this is from my pre nclr days. Sometime in 2007 I think, I was 16 and this was my first solo camping trip. I didn't stray too far from home but I did manage to blow up the rear diff and had to drive home in front wheel drive.494029433_Tyler47-09.thumb.jpg.92503bfdcbd36eae9d3a7ffd4cffda36.jpg

I'm still a bit of a greenhorn to nclr experiences so alot of my flash backs are pre nclr, hope everyone doesn't mind to much. But this is the climb out of Fordyce back in 2011ish and the resulting sweet tea track bar bushing to drive home.1310368818_fordyce2014159.thumb.jpg.7b0e7251ba7c057bd77d4c65fe68249f.jpg754786590_fordyce2014175.thumb.jpg.2c94b2bdbd3ac5a6df5ac2f5d4f29b40.jpg

Before we were NCLR, a bunch of us were regulars on the now retired LRRForums when someone (Jarrell?) posted LR Redwood City's customer event in Hollister. Since we got along in the forums and in person, someone said hey let's start a club and the rest is history. January 2007.
