Sadly for me it looks like I'll be working during that time but if it starts raining really badly keep your fingers crossed I'll be able to go.

Planning to leave early Friday morning hopefully be there by 1:00 or 2:00. Plans have changed and my mom will be joining so we will be doing the chili cook-off too. It looks like I will be towing the old girl up there

Looks amazing. I haven't been there for a few years but was thinking we need to do club run up there one of these days.

As always Rovicon does not disappoint. Special thanks to Greg Don and Eric for the planning and of course Tyler and Tim Scully for all the repairs they did on the trail to help everyone get through.

Now I'm sad . I have tours booked on Tuesday after the Rubicon. I think I'm going to run into a time issue if I try to run it backwards with you guys.

Im coming from ventura county and be leaving Thursday morning hopping to get to loom lake in the afternoon, we’re is registration area? or we’re can I camp for Thursday afternoon
In past years the registration will be at camping area just make sure you have already sign up online . So far for me is to drop off the trailer at the end of trail {Tahoma} Thursday and make it to camp Late afternoon. Is anyone else dropping off a trailer ? Also do we need extra propane for campfires?

Sadly I'm still working and prepping for rovicon. Also there was a new forest order released and it says ball mountain is closed but they may have it open I'd give them a call.

If you have a hydro boost you need a hydro boost pump . You could try drilling out the high pressure fitting at the Hp hose on the pump a mm to get more flow. With a none Hydro pump if you pump the brakes and try to steer you will get no powersteering power.

Should be another great time .

Thank you for sharing. Looks like a blast. @lutzI definitely noticed the off the ground cot set up. Thank you for posting.
Yeah it's just a cheapy Amazon version not as nice as the helinox. But seems to do the job. Paired with a xtherm mattress and a enlightened equipment 0° quilt it's pretty comfy.

is that the starter on the bottom of the transmission?
