  1. The rover isn't ready in time. CV boot came off and haven't had the time or environment to fix it. Its been 90F for the past week or so making any attempts end before I even get all the tools out. I only have an open parking lot to work in. Not a lot of safe shaded places to wrench. Still interested in riding along if there is an open slot.

  2. I'm going to bring an extra flag in case anyone forgets or loses one. As for the dunes requirements, it states we need an out of state permit.. "A State of Oregon off-highway vehicle sticker is required to operate on all lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management in Oregon. Stickers may be purchased at All Terrain Vehicle dealerships or by calling 1 (800) 551-6949". Has anyone gotten a sticker yet? As well as are we going to stop by a dealership to get them?

If I go and bring the RRC, I am bringing capacity to carry 20 gallons. Yes, 20 extra gallons.

Will know late today what's in store for me...

Miles, are you planning to camp @ Driftwood Sunday night?   we are taking the 5 to Redding & then heading NE up the 395 to Alturas for the night, then to Dale area. Do not have a HAM radio.

We plan to carry 10 gallons of gas also.

I've got 10 gallons as well. might as well bring a tanker at this point

Nate from the Dirt Lifestyle YouTube channel is about to share his YT video from his recent Oregon BDR trail trip. This may or may not cover the trails that we will be running but might be interesting to watch for those that have never ventured into this part of the world. The video premieres at 12 noon on Father’s Day 6/18

Excited for that video! Shame he didn't take his rover.
