So Mario is this now a day trip to Julia Pfeiffer. when did they change it to Mcway falls -
pretty much so... that will change😄

I agree the classics always start
-
no! the Classics have been sitting a lot lately! but under car covers ... the 08 (my Wife's) get's driven on friday's and the weekend... she has a 15 Golf TDi Wagon that is her commuter . I drive a Supercharged Mini Cooper S for a commuter which is a blast to drive. figured out we have 4 forced induction vehicles now.. I plan to drive the new purchase maybe once a week to work and use it on the weekends but that is usually reserved for my 25th. I have a rodent problem currently that needs to be stopped! they chewed up my registration in the 25th and made nests in the heater blower which involved me removing the entire cowl and creating a cover over the intake as it is stupidly exposed to the elements. see you guys on the trails. thx

went and bought another supercharged L322... I have 6 Rovers now. I need help!!! this is going to be my tow rig/overlander.
-
this is a 95? assuming you changed all of this out as you were having brake issues and still are?? I am still running my pump and module without ABS & works great! just trying to help.
-
re: RRC a lot of nice looking work there! was the original pump running continuously? soft pedal is usually the pump not working efficiently. I have yet to change out a ABS modulator (they never fail)

I know Mario plans to recce this the end of the month but as of now Nacimiento Ferguson rd is closed and will not be open for @ least a year as it is being fully re-done. -
Ok! Corinne has a hair appt @ 10am (got to look perfect for a week of dust🤪) so will be leaving probably noonish? have not talked to Paul yet but will. Also I carry a spare coolant reservoir / hoses/ serp belt (not pre 95) oil lines/ p/s res hose/ idle valve /mass air flow meter. Am I missing anything? lol.

SHAME I will have already gone through 2 tanks of gas by the time we get there! lol My rig is pretty much done except for the middle muffler that decided to blow out on the test drive this weekend.. my local shop will have it Wednesday so will be cutting it close. Still need to pack the rig also. heading out late AM Saturday.

Use that locker and keep it on the whole rest of the trip! lol

1990-92 Had a bleeder on the accumulator and 2 on the module servo so still 12 (yes 12) total but just in a different location and from my experience 93 on had 3 on the module servo and none on the accumulator.. it is as Miles states a very efficient braking system when it works LOL. 1970 -1989 had 8 screws.
-
WHAT was wrong with the module?? never needed to replace one in all my years other than converting one to a non ABS servo style. The pump switch usually fails... just blead the brakes on my LWB over the weekend and forgot what a PITA it was 11 bleeder screws but boy they now feel great. BTW I too carry a spare ABS pump always on trips. that is kinda why I wanted to know what other Classic's were coming so we could compare spares.
