  1. Anyone happen to get a permit they’re no longer planning on using?
  2. I’ll also take the 7:00 am group (with Robert D riding shotgun)
  3. I have a 2010 L322 and use the Bovee device. It’s about $100 on Amazon and let’s you stream from your phone via Bluetooth. https://www.amazon.com/Bovee-Integration-Wireless-Bluetooth-Interface/dp/B01N9EQ5PW/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=Bovee&qid=1605661168&sr=8-7
  4. Any rubbing with the new 32†tires? I’m running 33†Ridge Grapplers on my L322 and there was a bit of rubbing, especially the rear passenger near the fuel filler, until, you know, it just rubbed through the wheel liner...
  5. I should be leaving Sacramento around 3:30 and arrive at camp about 6.
  6. General itinerary: Friday, 9.21 Meet Friday afternoon/evening at Lost Lakes in Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. Head south on Deer Valley towards Hwy 4: https://www.gaiagps.com/map/?loc=14.9/-119.8977/38.5375&popupLoc=-119.89768/38.53753&pubLink=qpLAS0u9IJnxGaG7JJrNMrIV&trackId=3314c50a-d30e-481e-9e3e-801548143419 After finishing Deer Valley head back to the Lost Lakes campsite via Hwy 4 and Hwy 88 (or run back the trail south to north depending on how it goes). Sunday, 9.23 Sunday morning depart Lost Lakes north to Hwy 88 and then west on Hwy 88 to Caples Lake and the southern trailhead for the Strawberry Pass Trail. Take the Strawberry Pass Trail north towards Hwy 50: https://www.gaiagps.com/map/?loc=10.7/-120.1553/38.7021&popupLoc=-120.15531/38.70225&trackId=ccb30002-c7a1-4bfe-bb0e-1a94e9143cad&pubLink=SGcp8RPKXZrAxWDalPcMSiso Head west on Hwy 50 back home.
  7. I'm planning on camping at Lost Lakes next weekend, Sept. 26th-27th, and would also like to do a Deer Valley and/or Slick Rock run. Although the Stanislaus National Forest is now allowing dispersed camping, ignition sources of any kind are still prohibited, so camping near/along the trail is not really an option. As I'd like to have a warm meal, Lost Lakes (Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest) will make a good camp base. Short notice, but any interest out there?
  8. Just watched a YouTube vid of the trail. I withdraw my previous question....
  9. How do you think an L322 on 33s with sliders and armor (no steel bumpers) would fare?
  10. I’ll plan on meeting up with the convoy at 12 at Butte Meadows Mercantile & Resort.
  11. If anyone has room for a stowaway, please let me know. As much as I’d love to sacrifice my L322 to the trail gods, Don has forbid it. I’d still love to ride as a passenger though. P.S. I travel light on everything but booze.
  12. Had a great first run. It was nice meeting everyone and I'm looking forward to future events. Big thanks to Eric and Joe for getting me there and back, especially towards the end...
  13. New to the Club. I'll be coming up from Fresno Sunday for the run. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
