Yup I was deeper than 28in but as I said was in off road height w lift rods. I’ve got a video from in the cab but can’t post here. The gap tool is 100% worth it. Besides being able to adjust height and run in off road height at full speed (you change the normal height setting to a lifted setting) the diagnostic side is great. I threw a CEL on my last trip 5 min into day one of nine. Cleared it, had it return (rich bank 1 code). Then drove while monitoring fueling etc (have a video of that as well) and confirmed everything was ok. CEL self cleared on third start/stop cycle but the peace of mind was invaluable. I did it w the LR4, never used the Jerry cans and made the water crossing at the end BUT was using the GOE lift rods and was in off road height.

I’m doing a longer trip before I get to the lake but planning to be there Thursday.

This is year 7!! Don: your route is the one that turns before Webber Lake. I haven’t taken that one but it looks like the one that gets people into trouble. The easiest route is a left turn just past Webber Lake. The route is marked with signs for White Rock or rocks painted w WRL. I’ll try to hang the usual NCLR flags and markers on the way in as well.

What: A weekend trip to the Sierras to watch rocks fall out of the sky When: August 9-11 2019 Where: White Rock Lake, 17 miles north of Truckee on Hwy 89, then less than 2 hours off road. Who: Everyone. This is a family oriented trip. What to expect: The drive into the lake is suitable for all stock rovers. There are many ways in from 90 minutes to 4-5 hours depending on which route you choose. Once at the lake there is tons to do: fishing, swimming, hiking, wheeling (there are 100s of miles of trails). Route: Hwy 80 to Truckee, then Hwy 89 North for about 17miles then turn on to Jackson Meadow Road and then Right turn on Henness Pass Rd then Right on meadow lake road then the spur to White Rock Lake. Literally was just washing it. Glass must have been too hot compared to the water. I had hosed it down, washed it, and rinsed it. Then noticed the crack on the passenger side. It definitely wasn't there when I started washing. No noise. Good thing I have a tolerant wife as I keep beating the poop out of her car.

Cracked the windshield on the LR4 while washing it [emoji35][emoji853]

Front and rear diff guards on my dad's RRC. Added a fan belt to my dad's alternator (he said he was having the charging light come on and then the Rev counter stopped working.) Popped the bonnet and surprise surprise, literally no belt on the alternator pulley. Rovers..... Swapped out the limb risers on my 110. Added a rear view camera to the 110 and ditched the huge rear view mirror.

Yeah, she was a stay at home mom so we got a car basically for me. I figured she wouldn't put many miles on it and when I took it over officially it would have lots of warranty left. Then she started working again in Stockton [emoji12] and commutes 3 days a week plus all the other family stuff. At least she lets me modify it [emoji106]

Same here, no issues with our 2013, even after Kylie racked up 43,000 miles in it [emoji50]
