Great trip. Beautiful spot right on the lake. Enjoyed sitting in the water with a beverage. Hiked around the lake was awesome. Had to leave on Saturday. Hit a massive thunderstorm and rain in Truckee. Did you guys get that at the campsite?

I will be leaving Roseville around 12:30. Perseid meteor shower this weekend and there will be no moon. Plan on getting some pictures of that and the Milky Way.

Is this event still planned? Website says that White Rock is closed.

Looks like I can make this work. The Pinot Grigio is a couple weeks behind from the mild spring. Have not been there before and would like to check out the area. Will be bringing the L322. Stefano

I did this trip with them 10 years ago. Great trails and well run event. I have another trip planned for that time else I would go again.

Looking forward to it. Getting things ready today and plan on heading there late Friday afternoon. Lisa will be coming with me this time. Looking forward to frying up some chicken and having some bourbon. Yes, I am bringing some of my wine. Bring your own wine glass.

I have been lurking on this one as I need some time off property. What is the count so far? Figuring out how much wine to bring.

Not going to be able to make it due to picking those damn grapes! Lisa and I took 50 a few years back and totaled the Ragne Rover when an elk stepped in front of us at 75mph. Happened at dusk so be careful on that route.

Checked the web cam at Bear Valley and it has been cleaner than Sutter Creek all day. I will be leaving here around 3:00.
