Agreed with Sasha - if there are any roadside extracurriculars that arise we can work through them together!

FYI, I have just replaced the itineraries that have been uploaded with V2. We will set a later departure time from Hole-in-the-Wall to give folks the opportunity to take a morning hike, big breakfast, etc. if desired.

An email has also gone out to everyone as well with the itinerary to ensure everyone is paying attention ; ).

I was chatting with Jared, Chris and Paul and others about a potential Baja Mexico trip in April 2024 during the DRIP @ East Brothers Brewing today. There’s an interest to do a over-landing trip to Baja Mexico in 2025.

Leave the Bay Area Saturday, camp on the US border side for the night, drive across the border to Mexico Sunday, and spend the next 5 days in Baja, drive back Sat and make our way to the US border Sunday.

You will need a US Passport to get back, and a spirit of adventure during the trip.  What do you think?  Interested? Any questions!

RonB is that you? I”ll go again. Back to see Catavina?

  3. I scouted the lake and it was fairly busy, lots of Jeeps prepping for the Sierra Trek next week. Met 2 NCLR members camping there Mike? and Jeremy?  The road to lake was decent, tho for a smoother ride I aired down to 30lbs all around. It’s an easy Offroad drive to White Rock.Weber Lake is now a private family campground so had to drive carefully  around it so not to hit any kids on their bikes. White Rock also had lots of families and kids too. I’m sure White Rock will be quieter after next week at least school will start for the young’uns.
