There is no club in Northern Nevada. Any Nevada LR owners and NCLR members want to organize and start up an affiliate club to NCLR? I know there are several LR owners/ NCLR members in the Reno area. Contact Jethro or Mr Bluesky, I think they still have my cell number.
Formerly ROVRMAN, formerly NCLR11
I scouted the lake and it was fairly busy, lots of Jeeps prepping for the Sierra Trek next week. Met 2 NCLR members camping there Mike? and Jeremy? The road to lake was decent, tho for a smoother ride I aired down to 30lbs all around. It’s an easy Offroad drive to White Rock.Weber Lake is now a private family campground so had to drive carefully around it so not to hit any kids on their bikes. White Rock also had lots of families and kids too. I’m sure White Rock will be quieter after next week at least school will start for the young’uns.

Is club still going there?
I’ll try to scout it out this weekend. Hopefully any obstacles are cleared. I just found out that Aug11-15 is Cal4’s Sierra Trek is at Meadow Lake just opposite White Rock. Hope there’s room at White Rock for camping.
Those planning thru US50 b/c of So Tahoe fires be prepared to take I80 to Reno b4 taking US50. Check on Caltrans b4 you leave.
Last I heard was Pollock Pines closed to thru traffic. Double check.
