Gotta beg out of this one. Heading to Switzerland -- not enough time to prep and it is a bad weekend..

Have fun Lutz and Colin. Remember take your time, plan w/plenty of spares, and don't drive up Thomson Hill in the dark like we did (smile). I remember lots of tire issues when we went - ea bring full spare, tire repair kits, and one CO2 tank. Be great if both of you run the same size tire.

Thanks Ron will do.You will have to make it next time.Colin don't for get your fishing pole if you like to fish and 5 gallons of spare fuel.Pulled the rear seats out of the truck today and loaded up the axle's and drive shaft .My friend Tammy will be joining us. She was on the last dusy run and could not wait to get back on the trail.

Colin/Paul and Lutz/Tammie, congrats for successfully finishing the toughest trail in CA; and longer then the Rubicon. Twice for Lutz/Tammie. Wear the dents w/pride (smile)!

 

No tire issues. Good to hear. Post pics of the damaged roof Colin or never happened. j/k.

Now that's a doosie of a dent (or no pun intended that's a Dusy).

 

Understand the roof on our RRC can be removed; sweet!

 

Or don't worry about it unless it leaks. And just put a sticker on it.
