I'm in downtown SJ 2-3 times a week. Afterwork or 4-6pm, the commute out of this city on either I880 or I680 is horrible as most of you already know. Want to make better use of my time (lol - yes at a pub talking LR and trip planning) and wait-out the traffic @ a pub. And yes, there will be a mandatory coffee break or cooling-off from drinks before you drive-off (j/k - you folks know the drill about being responsible and not drinking/driving). Anyways, perhaps to kick off happy hour - how about 4-6pm @ the Britannia Arms pub located downtown San Jose @ 173 W. Santa Clara: http://www.britanniaarmsdowntown.com/? Anyone interested next week or the following?- Tuesday is Pint Night.- Thursday has DJ. And you can sign-up for their VIP progra and get 2 pints for the price of 1. Don't care about DJ, but I do care to chat about how to bump up mpg on my DII from 14 to 16 mpg. Or is that a myth. Ha! Ha! Although my work schedule is wild; since I am working a lot in Silicon Valley, wanted to have some fun, catch-up on the LR talk, and alt pass-time vs being in traffic.
