Tooling around in the Rover at lunch. Went up Mt. Diablo. Got to thinking. Any families (since there is zero off roading) interested in doing a Sat night shakedown camp at Mt. Diablo. Campsites would be at 2900 ft, gates are locked and no driving after dark. You can get the 50 people campsight for $165 for a night......cheap. There are other smaller group camps that can represent a savings for a small group and privacy from other campers.

NO offroading.

NO alcohol.

NO dogs on trail...... really? geez.....

No driving at night, but night hiking is ok.

Looking for a shakedown trip for the kids and equipment. One night, date TBD. Anyone else interested for a night?
