LRA wants to get a write-up about our trip; be great if you can help w/write-up and photos. Told LRA that I will coordinate collecting the write-ups and help put them together; they will then edit and prepare for publishing on LRA. Look forward to this. Want to get perspective on what is it like to prepare and drive your Rubicon on your Land Rover including vehicle prep, people in the trip, adventure stories and challenges on the trail. I'm planning to leave the bay area early in the morning with my co-pilot. Most of us will be camping near Loon Lake spillover Thursday night not too far away from the start of the trail Gate Keeper. So if you want to meet us Friday, let's shoot for 7am morning driver's meeting. If you PM me your cell # and provider e.g. Verizon, I can add it to my SPOT transmitter and get you our GPS coords by Thursday nite. Do you know if Rod from Besa Auto is going to caravan with you?
