N2RVRS Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 For those who weren't at this outing the menu was:appetizers: French Chevre,Gouda cheese, Shrimp cocktail Mexican Style, Guacamole and Chips.Wine was plentiful Thanks to Ron Boston , Michael Beaver, Rob , Mark and Mark and Dave (Mr yard Stick). Beers were Blue Moon, Mexicans (corona , pacifico, negras),The Kids had a blast .Main Course Southern Mexican Style:Mixiotes de Puerco (Pork}, Pollo (chicken) and especial request of Fish, wrap on Banana leaves, served with Spanish rice And simmered beans.Dessert: Bananas in Cognac flambe a l a mode3. Sleeps two, with rainfly, storage bag and maybe a gear bag if I find it. Bought new in 2008, maybe used 6 times since then. $225 pick up. Shipping? Whole lot more. Any interest?
