What: The NCLR BOD convenes quarterly to discuss topics that are on the agenda and vote on measures or changes.
Where: Walnut Creek Public Library
Who: Open to all current/paid members.
Additional Information: The Conference Room is limited to 16 people, so please RSVP if you plan to attend in person.
