A great day again at Hollister. Thank you to club members for helping Kaleb's scouting friend and his dad feel welcome to hang out with us, even if he was "Toyota riff-raff" Extra thank you to Sas and Nigel for pulling him out when he got stuck and esp Nigel, who got covered in mud. Will post pics soon.

Home by 3:30 and my driver's side arm is beet red already. That's going to smart tomorrow.

Same here on the sunburn, totally forgot about sunscreen. I found out my driver's side cv is running on its last miles. When the CDL is locked it clunks as I steer, when unlocked there's no sound. Probably did it on Bald Mountain. I'm glad this was found today instead of out in Death Valley.

I went to Justin's site (Lucky8) and the Ashcroft fronts are now $990! They've always been $788 so I sent an email asking when/why this happened. Justin already sent a response about the cost increase.

"They will go back to normal soon, The Cv are made here in the states and then shipped to the UK. I am out of stock on the USA ones and now need to bring them back form the UK. Tax and duty twice and and the ride is the reason for the increase."

I'm waiting to hear when they will be back to their regular price, hopefully before DV.

I heard from Justin. No firm dates yet, but the Ashcroft's are at least 4-6 weeks out.

I had a great time at the March MORG today - was great to see everyone again! Special thanks to Dave (sasquatch) for his great advice and help in guiding me through the obstacle course. Luckily my dog was OK and was feeling better when I got home. Thanks again everyone - awesome fun!

No photos today anyone? Missed out....rig not repaired, kids had bday parties and was kneecapped by my little ones (now being termed kidnjured) so was not that mobile at all.

Here are a few (till the battery in my camera died): David heading up to the old obstacle course on his LR4, Jen just finsihed going up the cement stair case and coming down from the obstacle, and then Jen and Nick going thru mud made look easy in the new obstacle course.
