Hollister Hills Overland Rally 2011

I almost was but the finances fell apart at the last minute, didn't get the bucks I was planning on for this week, so no, I guess not.

Might see you guys Saturday; will be driving the CT110 to the event. Just going for the day to take the following courses:

 

- 9-12noon Advance 4WD Driving Skills

- 1-3:30pm Wilderness First Aid

- 4-6pm Catch up with vendors and friends from the Expo/NCLR

 

I am not sure if the $50 Day Only/Seminar/Courses will allow me to stay and watch the film/presentation but will see. Not planning to stay overnight. Heading home for the night.

7:00-7:45: Expedition Overland Debut Film

8:00-9:00: Rallye Des Gazelles Presentation by Emily Miller

1:30-3:00: Advanced Vehicle Recovery with Scott Brady

3:00 – 6:00: Open time to spend with vendors

6:00: Provided Group Dinner featuring local BBQ

7:00-8:00: Feature Overlanding Filmy by Beyond The Lane

9:00: Lost World Expedition Presentation by Luis & Lacey

9:00 – 12:00 The Expedition Trophy Challenge

Wish I could, but seeing as how it wasn't looking too good for getting down there I took on a job for the weekend, building a stage for a pub being remodeled in Davis. Thanks anyway...
