ROVRMAN2 Posted December 6, 2016 Report Share Posted December 6, 2016 During the Annual, I think it was Robert(?) who asked me about what I knew about the Ponderosa Rd from Chico northbound.Its a forest type unimproved road that can have obstacles such as mud and snow during fall/early spring, and winter from Chico to Black Rock.Better to drive late spring or summer..Not recommended during winter.
