The 5th annual White Rock Lake Meteor Shower trip!
Coinciding with the Sierra Trek, this weekend is always popular and well-attended. WRL is NW of Truckee and accessible by any stock Rover. There will be plenty of time for family fun at the lake, hiking in the area, or exploring the local trails, so whether you like to just relax in camp or put dirt on the tires there's something for everyone.
We typically see anywhere from 10 to 20 rigs on this event and there is no limit, though the campsites at the lake are strictly first come first serve. As the event draws near expect to see convoys develop for the run in - it can be a bit confusing finding the right trail if you're new to the area but we haven't lost anybody yet. At least not for very long.
