This will be a one-day 'boys day out' moderate trip. I will be taking my brother and his 10 yo son for their first 4wd trip and the plan is to let both try their hand at the wheel. We will also be doing some target shooting at our lunch stop. Guests are welcome to join me and bring their own kids if they'd like a chance to introduce them to target shooting in a safe, controlled environment. Naturally you would be expected to be responsible for your and your kid's safe behavior, but I will have .22 caliber handguns and a rifle along that are suitable for beginners and I'm happy to let you join in the fun.
Tentative plan is to run Sour Grass with lunch at the trail end, then some simple fire roads in the afternoon to let the by do some driving.
